5 REASONS LADIES MUST AVOID WAIST TRAINERS
For most ladies, waist training is a vital part of their lives as it helps them expose all the hidden curves they've got to showcase. It all started in the Western culture (Europe) as they try to look dashy, stunning, sexy and all-round-up to get the desired attention they seek. African ladies have now joined in the "Dance" and they seem to be caught up in every bit of it.
Waist trainers are everywhere in the markets,malls, and mostly shopped in online markets where the quality and efficiency of it seem to stand out. These ladies do not seem to want to compromise in their efforts to flaunt their assets !
Below are a list of reasons the GetFed news team think every lady out there MUST refrain from using a waist trainer.

Waist training is just another get-thin-quick scheme that only works temporarily for that dinner date or event. The risks outweighs the few hours of physical changes. You CANNOT achieve a permanent "Coca -cola" or "hourglass" frame wearing a waist trainer.
I will advice that you resort to restricted diet and consistent exercise if you want to achieve a slimmer waistline.
